It

picture of Patna. Having lived in
Patna for twenty years and now being
away from this city I always long to
hear news about this great city and
your web provides all that I look
forward to. Keep up the good work.

details of Patna and happenings... I
felt very close to Patna while
browsing through the contents. I
appreciate you and your team for

This
is the only portal for me which
helps me know about my city online.
You all have been doing great in
your own ways. Please bring out
ideas or ways so that people like me
being away from motherland, can also
help out in whatever way we can.

Hi,
you people have done a brilliant
job. Living far away from the native
place it really gives an opportunity
to have a look on the happenings in
our state. Best of luck and God
bless you all guys.

I
am very pleased, satisfied and
fascinated by your astute
professionalism in handling this
website which I personally rate as
one of the best in its class.
I read views of others and could
understand that people who visit and
write on this website can do wonders
for the development of Bihar if they
cluster together and contribute in
some way or the other.
Like we can fix up some 2-3 days
meet in Patna once a year or once in
2 years so that from there we can
chalk out plans for the development,
I sincerely want to contribute by my
talent and also taking up some
assignments for rural development
which of course is the need of the
hour.
I plan to relocate to India and
dedicate my life for the development
of people and making our society a
nice and good place to live in.
Like minded people could come and
join hands towards this endeavour.
This will also prove that we are not
just comment/view makers but we
really mean something when we say
that we want to see Bihar develop
and stand at par with other
developed states.
I can garner support from many NGOs
as well as Government organisations
through the right channels.
You could share your views here or
email me at mssidd@yahoo.com
I would love to start a new trend
towards the development of our state
and take it to the world.
Thanks

I
have been a regular at your website
for over six months (since I
discovered it), and it is a

I think your team is doing a really
good job with this website!
Any plans to have a
Recruitment/Openings section on your
website for Patna'ites seeking jobs?
All the best and keep up the good
work!

This

have come across on the internet all
by chance, the write-ups are superb

be of any use to your portal?

Thanks
for hosting such a wonderful site
about Patna, the city I felt in love
with when I stayed for about six
months in 1993.
I think the website is very
professionally done by qualified
people. It is clear that you people
are putting up a great effort.
Besides news, I found the
matrimonial section very useful.
Thanks again and carry on the good
work.

Please
accept my congratulations for
hosting such a wonderful and
properly sequenced site. As a native
of Patna, being home sick I was
searching for something about my
darling city Patna on Google.
Thankfully my search ended at this
site. I have many sweet and
nostalgic feelings associated with
this city, which I always cherish in
loneliness.
I have one suggestion for you.
Kindly provide the addresses and
phone numbers of prominent
personalities like doctors, lawyers,
etc from the city. Thank you and
keep up the good job.
Anurag Priyadarshi
Editor's Note: We used to provide
important phone numbers of doctor,
schools, colleges, public utilities,
government offices, travel agents,
hotels, etc but had to give up on it
because of the phone numbers
changing too frequently. One reader,
whose name shall remain anonymous,
took time to curse us out for not
updating the numbers as they
changed. That was the last straw and
we pulled out all the phone numbers
from the web site.
As a side note, like many government
projects in Bihar, a Patna Telephone
Dept web site came into existence
about a year or so ago only to be
taken off within a matter of months.
Another scam, anyone??? |

Hi,
this is the first time that I am
visiting your website. It's great to
see a news portal of our very own
Patna which has all the news and
information about the city & the
state. I am a journalist and have a
great passion to work in Bihar. My
native place is Siwan, Bihar.

Nice
to see a nice site about Patna.
Thanks to your team for making this
site for my home town.
Patna is my place and I am
emotionally attached to it. Sitting
here, 1800 kms away from my city, I
remember it. But there was no good
site that could give me the feeling
of watching Patna. This site has
some good photographs that reminds
me of my good old days.
I am an MBA currently working in an
Equity Research firm in Pune. Left
Patna after my schooling and now I
go there after 6 months or so.
You guys can do more innovative
things on the site like introducing
a "CHAT ROOM" or a discussion forum.
"Thumbs Up" to your team. Keep up
the good work.
Joedha Ghosh
Editor's Note: Thank you Joedha.
Unfortunately, we decided long ago
not to have a chat room or a live
discussion forum on PatnaDaily.Com.
There are literally thousands of
such forums on the Internet and
except for a few, they are a
complete waste of resources, in our
humble opinion. We would much rather
have our own
Readers' Write section
that is not only rich in content, it
is devoid of any personal abuse so
common on most message boards. Give
it a shot, you'll like it as it's
made up of some very articulate and
intelligent visitors, like yourself,
of PatnaDaily.Com. |
