Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejaswi Yadav, miffed by the government's order to vacate his current bungalow to make room for the new Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, said that he would rather live with his parents than move into the new bungalow allotted to him by NDA government in the state.

As reported, the newly-formed Building Construction Department had issued ordered to Tejaswi Yadav, the younger son of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and his wife and former Chief Minister of Bihar Rabri Devi, to vacate the 5 Desh Ratna Marg bungalow to make room for his successor and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sushil Kumar Modi and move into the bungalow on 1 Polo Road currently occupied by Modi.

"Sushil Kumar Modi lived in 1 Polo Road bungalow when he was the Deputy Chief Minister and he continued to live there even when he was not a Deputy CM anymore so why can't I continue to live in the bungalow that was allotted to me when I became the Deputy CM of Bihar?" Tejaswi asked.

"If I can't keep my bungalow on 5 Desh Ratna Marg then I would prefer to just live with my parents," a sulking Yadav said.

Reacting to Tejaswi's tantrum, a Janata Dal – U leader said that perhaps he deserved to live with his parents since he was under a battery of corruption charges and will likely need the support of Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi.
