Patna: Bihar Energy Minister Vijendra Prasad Yadav, on Wednesday, unveiled the process of making electricity bill payment through Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) for people carrying Canara Bank debit cards.
Currently the facility is available only at the Bihar State Electricity Board office on Bailey Road but soon would be expanded to other parts of the state, Yadav said.
Urging the consumers of Patna Electricity Supply Undertaking (PESU) to start utilizing the facility, BSEB chairperson P. K. Rai said that consumers could also pay their electricity bills online by going to www.bsebbills.org.
