Meanwhile, a joint team of Bihar and Delhi police on Friday, arrested the sixth accused in the Delhi rape case from his home in Lahankarma village in Aurangabad district.
Akshay Thakur, who had been in hiding since the Delhi rape case exploded nationally as well as internationally garnering much attention from the media as well as top politicians, was taken into custody by the cops staking outside his home.
"We were hoping Akshay would eventually return to his home and our efforts did not go to waste," Pranav Kumar, Aurangabad Superintendent of Police (SP) said.
