Ricotta Cheese Barfi

Ingredients

For 4 Person(s)

Recipe

  • 16 floz ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup(s) slided almonds and pistachios
  • 1/4 pound(s) unsalted butter
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Ricotta Cheese Barfi Directions

  1. Melt butter in a deep frying pan (don't heat butter)  
  2. Add ricotta cheese.  
  3. Fry on low heat for about 10 minutes.  
  4. Add condensed milk.  
  5. Heat the whole mixture for 30- 35 min on low heat.  
  6. Stir every 7-8 minutes.  
  7. Add almond & pistachios.  
  8. Pour this into a deep plate.  
  9. Cool and Cut into diamond shaped pieces.
