CPI-ML leader Dipankar Bhattacharya calling to uproot the NDA government in Bihar.CPI-ML leader Dipankar Bhattacharya calling to uproot the NDA government in Bihar.Patna: Communist Party of India (ML) general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya, whose sole job, it seems, is to hold a press conference every other week or so in Patna and call for the defeat of the NDA government in Bihar, made the same plea on Friday describing the Nitish administration as corrupt and autocratic while using other such incendiary adjectives to rile up his party base.

Bypassing the legal framework of the nation that requires due legal proceedings before passing the guilty judgment, Bhattacharya, a skilled politician, declared the Chief Minister was corrupt and so was his entire cabinet.

Using words like 'tanashah', (dictator), and 'loktantra virodhi' (anti-democracy), Bhattacharya, while preaching to his choir, exhorted them to rise against the 'corrupt Nitish administration' and throw it out of power in the coming Assembly elections.

"This government has failed on all fronts," the CPI-ML leader, relying on the old, time-tested though failed rhetoric, said adding corruption was widespread in the government and poor were still without land as the government had failed to implement land reform measures.
