Bypassing the legal framework of the nation that requires due legal proceedings before passing the guilty judgment, Bhattacharya, a skilled politician, declared the Chief Minister was corrupt and so was his entire cabinet. Using words like 'tanashah', (dictator), and 'loktantra virodhi' (anti-democracy), Bhattacharya, while preaching to his choir, exhorted them to rise against the 'corrupt Nitish administration' and throw it out of power in the coming Assembly elections.
