"The NDA leaders are treating the court's decision to delay the CBI investigation as if they have been cleared by the court of any wrongdoing. The fact of the matter is that the Patna High Court, in its July 15 decree, wrote that there was ample evidence that money was looted from the treasury and people in top positions could be responsible for it," Khan said.

Khan and Yadav, who would rather talk about charges of corruption and making fresh allegations instead of their vision for Bihar, further said that the current administration was headed for a showdown with the Patna High Court and the Governor's office after both institutions refused to act as the Chief Minister's puppet.

"If they are innocent of any wrongdoing then why are they afraid of the CBI probe?" Yadav asked.

Looks like Lalu and all his goondas in RJD have forgotten about the scams they were indulged into. How can Lalu who himself is an accused in fodder scam and currently living on the mercy of CBI (Cong Buearau of Investigation), blame Nitish?

Lalu - My sincere advise to you is to first you get yourself cleared and then start barking on others.
