Patna: April 22, 2007

Hundreds of Patna University statement took out a march from their office and burnt the effigy of Singh outside Patna University office demanding sacking of the Union Minister who, during a press conference in Patna on Friday, said he would 'yank out the tongue of those who dared to accuse RJD central ministers from Bihar of not doing enough for the development of the state.
"By using language that is fit only for a criminal, Singh has shown his true self. Such rustic behavior is also true for a number of RJD leaders as proved by Rabri Devi who, instead of condemning such cheap attack, tried to blame the NDA leaders for his foul language," said the protestors.
Among those who participated in the protest included JD-U student president Arvind Nishad, Shekhar Singh, Neeraj Kumar, Sanjeev Ranjan and many others.
