Naxal Terror Continues; 13 killed in Rohtas District

Nitish government was caught sleeping on the wheel again as hundreds of terrorists with allegiance to banned Maoist outfits, on Saturday night, attacked a police outpost in Rohtas district killing six policemen and seven others including two night watchman while stealing a large cache of police arms and ammunition in the process.

As reported over 200 Maoist terrorists surrounded the Baghela police outpost in Rohtas and opened indiscriminate firing at the seven policemen while also exploding several bombs killing everyone inside.

The large explosions completely destroyed the police station. The body of some of the policemen were burnt beyond recognitions, officials said.

Before fleeing, the criminals, who have so far proven to be more organized and more determined than the Bihar government in carrying out their agenda, looted four SLRs, eight rifles, carbines and thousands of rounds of ammunition and burnt two huts belonging to local farmers.

Home Secretary Afzal Amanullah said reinforcement has been rushed to the troubled site from neighboring areas and a massive search operation has been launched to find and kill the extremists.
