Criminals Rob LPG Distribution Office in Kankarbagh

Armed criminals in Kankarbagh under Patrakar Nagar police station on late Thursday night forced their entries into the RNB LPG Gas Distributor's shop and escaped with over Rs. 1.7 lakh in cash, the police said on Friday.

As reported, the criminals numbering more than 15 entered into the Indane Gas distributor's office and locked them up in an adjacent clinic. Then at gun points, they forced one of the employees to open the safe and took away Rs. 1.7 lakh before snatching other personal items including cell phones from the scared staff.

Agency manager Pankaj Kumar Sinha has lodged an FIR with the Patrakar Nagar police station. Raids are being conducted to apprehend the criminals, police station in-charge Nikhil Kumar said.
