MLA's Goons Show Fire Power during Wedding

The state administration has suspended a government-provided bodyguard to Bahujan Samajwadi Party legislator Ramchandra Yadav after he opened fire from his official weapon, a sten gun, to mark the wedding of the MLA in Patna last Sunday.
As reported, the bodyguard of Yadav, in a an inebriated condition, opened fire in the air to celebrate the wedding of the legislator to a niece of former Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Pappu Yadav who remains incarcerated at Tihar Jail in Delhi on murder charges.
Several members of the 'baraat' party were reported to be drunk. When the security guard opened fire in the air, other people in the party also pulled out their legal/illegal guns and fired in the air.
RJD president and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav was also present at the time politicians' lackeys took part in the display of firepower.
Several girls who were there to perform dances complained of crude and obscene behavior by a number of male guests, reports said.
Earlier, the BSP leader also fired shots in the air following the landslide victory of his party in Uttar Pradesh.
IG and Bihar police spokesperson Anil Sinha said the erring security guard has been dismissed and an investigation has been launched into the incident. "If needed, charges will be filed against the BSP leader," he said.
