Patna: Nov. 29, 2007

With Bihar's Chief Secretary Ashok Kumar Chowdhary's term coming to an end with his retirement on Friday, 1973 batch IAS and Tamil Nadu native R. J. M. Among other changes in the bureaucratic structure, Road Construction secretary Raj Kumar Singh was made the Industrial Development Commissioner while Transport Department secretary M. M. Singh was made the joint chairperson-cum-managing director of the Bihar State Housing Board.
