Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) state president Abdul Bari Siddiqui, on Sunday, said the RJD, during its massive 'Chetawni Rally' in Patna on October 28, would present the 'charge-sheet' against the ruling NDA government in Bihar that has proven itself to be a failure in protecting the interests of dalits and backwards in the state.

At a meeting of the office bearers of various cells of the party, Siddiqui said that this government was against poor, dalits, backwards, and minorities and has unleashed a reign of terror on them in the name of good governance.

"Police atrocities are at its peak. The Government has failed to provide relief to the flood victims, and bureaucracy has become all too pervasive in all government departments causing major inconveniences to the people," he said.

Earlier, the party formed a six-member committee to manage banners and posters for the upcoming rally that promises to break party's previous record of number of people attending any such meeting in the past.
