Sanjay Singh Patna's New Town DSP

Purnia: Sept. 30, 2007

In an effort to keep the law enforcement officials on their toes, the state government on Sunday, under the Operation Clean campaign in which police officials are required to be transferred after completion of two years in a place, ordered transfers of 11 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) including Patna's Town DSP Sushant Kumar Saroj.

Daoudnagar SDPO Sanjay Kumar Singh will be replacing Saroj who has been transferred to the BMP-1 Patna, Home Secretary Afzal Amanullah said.

Others who received their transfer orders included ASDPO of Madhubani, Daoudnagar, Madhaura, and Sonepur, DSP and SDPO of Muzaffarpur.

Earlier, the state government transferred 82 officials in the police department under the Operation Clean campaign.
