Ram Vilas Paswan's assertion that he was not in favour of dissolution of Bihar assembly (PatnaDaily news item) is the hypocrisy of the highest order when he did not even attend the midnight Cabinet meeting to voice his protest. He should have resigned from the ministry in protest if he was sensitive on that. C. D. Deshmukh resigned from the Nehru Cabinet in the 1950s when a Cabinet decision was taken keeping him in the dark. They were men of characters unlike the present lot that clings to power by any means. Paswan's statement should be rejected with the contempt it deserves. Let Bihar electorate at least teach such politicians the lesson of their lives.

Comments:
Why should we compare Paswan, Laloo and other Bihari politician with such great men? It will be a disregard to those great men. These politician should be compared with foxes or dogs that play all tricks to satisfy its own hunger only. Sorry for such a comparison but it is a fact. - Karunesh Kumar - Oct. 14, 2005
