The
picture of the
'bent' furniture being sold near Gandhi
Maidan took me many years back in
memory. I remember it being sold by the roadside
near the northeastern end of Gandhi Maidan
between Magadh Mahila and police line.
From the looks of it, the workmanship appears to
have improved. How could these workmen be given
better market access? I am sure their products
would be lapped up by the currently fashionable
"eco-friendly, ethnic-is-chic" crowd.
