Sangeet Jha writes:

It is shameful that Mr. Nitish Kumar is celebrating "Bihar's Pride" in Mauritius when the entire North Bihar is devastated by flood water. People are suffering in absence of food and medicine.

When there was flood in Bombay it was a great cause of concern to the entire nation. But in Bihar it seems that even the CM has no concern for its people.

Anand Raj writes:

It is quite joking to listen from Mr. Lalu about Nitish's trip as Criminal, I think Mr. railway Minister should at least realize the reality that people of Bihar has thrown him away. Nitish jee is doing very good work for the progress of Bihar. If Mr. railway minister cannot acknowledge Mr. Kumar's good work at least he should keep his mouth shut. And I will tell everybody knows who is criminal!!

Ritesh Kumar Writes (Aug. 6, 2007):

The RJD leaders are doing nothing but creating a drama. These people don’t have the right to sympathise with people. They have made people of Bihar fool for 15 continuous years. I still remember a news which appeared last year in a prestigious newspaper. There was heavy rain in Patna and the rain water entering into the new allotted house of ex chief minister Mrs. Rabri Devi. She was blaming the chief minister for taking no action for relief. Probably she had forgotten the fact that such a problem was not created by the new chief minister but due to her own party’s negligence for 15 years. If a person can not digest the fact that rainwater has entered into her house and hence start blaming the new person, she or her party has no right to sympathise with people who are affected by floods. Actually they are forgetting the fact that they were in power for 15 years till recently. What can an administrator do? the best option is to create infrastructure or engineering marvel so as to lessen the effect of these natural calamities. They have already fooled people of Bihar for not creating any development work for their entire stay period in Bihar. I appeal to the people of Bihar to not to be misled by these cheats. Nitish’s government is really doing a splendid job and all these are being reflected in his works ranging from building a network of roads in Patna to taking initiatives to revive the ancient glory of Bihar (like reviving Nalnda university). I appeal to people to give him stability and he will surely come with some sound solution to the problem of flood like the great wall of china. Let’s hope for the best.
