Though this news does not belong to Bihar, still I feel such incidents are quite common everywhere in the country. What one needs is to laud the efforts of such unsung heroes.

Imagine a situation, "A policeman finds a suitcase full of jewelry and costly sarees. What is he going to do?" The common answer to this question will be ,"Oh! we know, he will coolly keep it to himself." In a country like ours police department is famous for bribe and corruption. For a petty sum of money they hide the crime and criminals alike.

But not this constable who proved it otherwise.

On 24th December, a constable posted at Bangalore city police station found an unclaimed suitcase suspiciously lying near prepaid auto stand of Bangalore railway station. On enquiring, he found out the jewelry in the suitcase. But instead of keeping it to him, he immediately deposited it into the lost and found section of the police station. The right owners of the jewels could not believe their eyes when they found everything intact in the suitcase.

We all must praise the effort of such people so that honesty still remains a part of the society.
