First Raj Thackeray ignored the summons of Jamshedpur court and when they issued the arrest warrant against him, rather than presenting himself before the court he rushed to the Supreme Court with the dictate to shift the case to Mumbai.

It was heartening to hear that Supreme Court has refused to hear his dictate and asked him to request for the same in Jharkhand High Court. This makes sense. Not only this, I strongly feel that the recent case of disruption of Railway Recruitment Examination and merciless beating of Bihari candidates in Pune by Raj Thackeray's goons should also be transferred from Pune court to the same Jamshedpur court because both cases are interlinked. Raj

Thackeray provoked his Party Members to beat Biharis and they acted accordingly. Railway Recruitment Examination was for lower grade and victims don’t have that much money to attend the court in Mumbai and anyway what is the guarantee that Raj Thackeray will not get them thrashed again by his goons in Mumbai?

Raj Thackeray is on record that he will promote violence against Biharis again and again because according to him, this adds to the pride of the Maharashtrians. In case this case is moved to Mumbai court, I am quite worried about the safety of the people who will be presenting the case of Biharis. Raj Thackeray has made it quite clear that he does not believe in India as one country and he has no respect for the Indian constitution, what is the guarantee that his goons will spare the lawyers presenting the case of Biharis? Raj Thackeray will have to understand that he is free to go the ULFA way as terrorist organisation to take up Maharashtrian pride but not as a legitimate political leader if he has no respect for the law of the land.
