I would not
hesitate in saying that BCST is doing nice
academic activities these days, the purpose is
to select best among the lots in Bihar. I am
also indebted to BCST for giving at least meager
encouraging financial assistance to deliver my
presentation at Philadelphia in 23rd
International conference on SWTM by Widener
university.
Dr. Kalam's acceptance for keynote address in
the ensuing conference is an indication that
Bihar has tremendous potentiality, the time has
come before the Nitish government to place right
person at the right place. By doing this, Bihar
will progress rapidly and Bihar will be able to
contribute in every field of development. The
day Bihar will quit three Ps (paisa, pairwi, and
political approach), that would be the day of
raising graph of development. Choosing Kalam is
a nice approach in this direction.
I have three experiences with Dr Kalam in NCSTC
network programs in the past. One program must
be spared with students only so that students
may inspire the interactive discussions with
him. His arrival is a rare opportunity for Bihar
and that must be utilized properly. This is my
standing appeal to BCST and the government of
Bihar.
