I find it hard to understand RJD's stand on this anti-Bihari issue in Maharashtra. It is quite clear (through the inaction shown by the Maharashtra government) that UPA/Congress is supporting Raj Thackeray's MNS. For all we know, we might see MNS being constituent of UPA after the polls.

So if RJD (read, Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi) actually wanted to do something about the situation, they would get the UPA Home Ministers (at Center and in Maharashtra) to wake up and take action against the culprits. Instead, they choose to make a series of controversial statements (Chhath puja etc.), without taking any concrete action. In the end score of people will lose their livelihoods - or worse lives and limbs, while both MNS and RJD try to collect respective vote banks and then possibly get together after the polls.

Of course, we also have an effete Prime Minister and a queen dowager overseeing all this.

Sickening to the core.
