I believe
that the youth of our state hold the key to the
development of Bihar. No doubt that in doing so
we will need the suggestions, leadership and
experience of the elders. I am very happy to put
into words the fact that I have so many students
in my college from Bihar and they are all so
passionate about the development of it. The
youths need to contribute the knowledge they
learn into welfare of Bihar. For example, there
may be many students from Bihar studying
Disaster Management at top institutes in Delhi,
Pune or Bangalore. They could take interest in
the flood situation and try to come up with some
ideas.
I am myself a senior undergraduate in Computer
Science and planning to do a summer project in
Bihar in which I can contribute to the state.
There are many departments that are waiting to
be computerized in our state. Similarly I
request all the students studying varied
subjects to look for ways in which they can give
something to Bihar. Ours is a very fertile land
which is replenished by the Ganges. What we need
is a bit of participation from all our citizens.
Once infrastructure improves we will have
investment in our states and the day is not far
when a Software Engineer/MBA can expect to stay
in Bihar and work for a MNC. Factories would set
up which will provide employment to thousands.
The media has to stop tainting Bihar's name for
no reason.
So calling all Biharis studying/working anywhere
around the world to give back to the state which
gave us our childhood. How can we forget those
moments spent in Bihar - going to Patna City for
Chhath puja, ice-cream at Dak Bungalow chauraha,
shopping at Hathwa market etc etc.
Calling for a YOUNG BIHAR...
