
Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients:
• 8 thin
avocado slices
• ¼ cup Italian salad dressing
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 4 slices oatmeal or whole wheat bread --
toasted
• 4 slices processed American cheese -- (1
oz. each)
• 8 thin tomato slices
• 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Method:
Toss avocado slices gently with Italian
dressing; drain well, reserving dressing. Spread
mayonnaise evenly over 1 side of each bread
slice. Top bread slices evenly with avocado,
American cheese slices, tomato, and alfalfa
sprouts.
Drizzle sandwiches with Italian dressing, and
serve immediately.
