Ingredients:
- Puffed rice (Phari) - 200gms
- Tomatoes - 2chopped
- Cucumber - 2 chopped
- Capsicum - 2 chopped
- Dalmoth - 1 Cup
- Namkin Mixture - 1 Cup
- Green Chili, ginger - garlic paste to taste
- Golgappa - 8-10 pieces
- Chili Sauce - 2-3 tsp
- Tomato Sauce - 8-10 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 2tsp
In a bowl put all the ingredients except phari and tomato sauce and mix well. Keep it aside to almost 5-10 minutes. Then add tomato sauce and just before serving add puffed rice (phari). Keep
in mind not to add puffed rice before because it will make it soft and won't
taste good.
