
Crispy Peanut Potato Chaat

Ingredients:
• 4 large
potatoes, boiled
• 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chaat masala
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) powder
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons oil
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Method:
Peel and cut the potatoes into even sized cubes.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the
potatoes and sauté them over medium heat,
stirring occasionally till they are crisp and
golden brown in color.
Add the peanuts and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Serve hot.
