Curried Chicken
(cooked in a healthy way)

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup red onion, chopped
• 2 cup, tart apple, cored and chopped
• 1 tbsp canola oil
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp ginger powder or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
• 2 tsp curry powder
• ½ tsp chili powder
• 1 cup skim milk
• 1&1/2 cup, chicken, cooked and diced
• ¼ cup raisins
• ½ cup defrosted frozen peas can be substituted for raisins
Cook onion and apple in oil until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, ginger powder or grated ginger, chili powder and curry powder.
Fry for 3 min.
Add milk slowly stirring constantly; cook until thickened.
Add chicken & raisins or peas. Cook for 5 min and serve.
