
Scoopy Fruit Caramel

Ingredients:
- Sugar - 2
tsp.
- Honey - 2
tsp.
- Gulukand - 2
tsp.
- Vanilla ice
cream - 1 Cup
- Chocolate
Sauce - 3 tsp.
- Wafers - 2-3
for each cup
- Kesar pista
ice cream - 1 Cup
- Fruit Juice
(mixed) - 1 Cup
- Water Melon
- 2 Cup
- Mango - 2
Cup
- Papaya - 2
Cup
- Grapes - 1
Cup
- Almond -
8-10 for garnish
- Cashew nuts
- 8-10 for garnish
Place a
non-stick pan over medium flame. Add sugar and
honey one by one and let the sugar melt. Now
Add fruit juice and stir for few minutes and
keep aside. Then with the help of scoops cut
all the fruits and keep it in the refrigerator
for ½ an hour. Now in a large serving glass
first put fruits and ice-cream then pour the
mixture of sugar and honey and lastly
chocolate sauce. Garnish with almonds and
cashew nuts. Decorate with wafers on the side
of the glass. Serve chilled.
