Fruit and Veggie Chilla

I am in Seattle, USA and a regular reader of PatnaDaily.Com. I would like to share my recipe that is very tasty and fast to cook.

Ingredients

  • Besan (gram flour) - 1 cup
  • Rawa or suji - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Dhaniya patta (cilantro leaves) - chopped 4-5 tbsp.
  • 1 green chili - chopped
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 tomato - chopped
  • 4-5 grapes - chopped
  • 1 banana - chopped
  • Some dry fruits (as desired)
  • Salt (as per your taste)
  • Red chili (if you like hot)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method:

Heat the tawa and add oil.
Make a paste of everything that is not very thick.
Pour it on the tawa like dosa.
Cook it until brown.
Eat with chutney.
