I am in
Seattle, USA and a regular reader of
PatnaDaily.Com. I would like to share my recipe
that is very tasty and fast to cook.
Ingredients
- Besan
(gram flour) - 1 cup
- Rawa or
suji - 1 cup
- Wheat
flour 1/2 cup
- Dhaniya
patta (cilantro leaves) - chopped 4-5 tbsp.
- 1 green
chili - chopped
- 1 onion -
chopped
- 1 tomato -
chopped
- 4-5 grapes
- chopped
- 1 banana -
chopped
- Some dry
fruits (as desired)
- Salt (as
per your taste)
- Red chili
(if you like hot)
- 1 tbsp oil
Method:
Heat the tawa and add oil.
Make a paste of everything that is not
very thick.
Pour it on the tawa like dosa.
Cook it until brown.
Eat with chutney.
