Ingredients:
• Murmura
or moorhi - 2 cups
• Roasted chana – 1 cup
• Onion - 1, finely chopped
• Green chili – 2, finely chopped
• Coriander leaves (½ bunch), finely chopped
• Roasted peanut ½ cup, crushed
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder
• Mustard oil - 1 tbsp.
• Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• Bikaneri sev ½ cup (optional)
Method:
Take a large bowl, put murmura, roasted chana,
peanut, chopped onion, green chili and salt. Mix
them well.
Sprinkle mustard oil and coriander leaves; mix
again. Lastly, sprinkle lemon juice, mix and
serve as snack.
You can mix ½ cup hot bikaneri sev to make this
