• 2 cup non-fat dry milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 15 oz ricotta cheese (available in any grocery store in America)
Add sugar, dry milk and ricotta cheese together in a microwaveable dish. Microwave it for 17 minutes taking out and mixing 2 to 3 times in between. Now lay this in a greased plate for a few minutes to set and then cut into barfi shapes.
