Ingredients:
• Lamb
minced (minced) – 500 gms
• Green peas – 100 gms
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Onion – 2 (1 chopped & 1 sliced)
• Cumin Seed – ½ tsp
• Green chili - 2
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Kasoori methi – ½ tsp
• Water - 50 ml
• Green coriander (Cilantro) - for
garnish
• Lemon juice – ½ tsp
• Salt - to taste
Method:
Deep fry the
sliced onion till golden and make a paste.
Heat oil in pan, put cumin seed, and chopped
onion.
When onion is light golden brown, add chili,
ginger paste, garlic paste, and minced lamb
meat.
Put ground masala and fry.
Add peas, water, salt and cook for few minutes.
Garnish with lemon juice and coriander
