
Kesar Pista Kulfi

Ingredients
- Cool Whip
- 1 box (available at any grocery store in
the U.S.)
- Condensed
milk - 1 can
- Evaporated
milk - 1 box
- 3-4
strings of Kesar
- Grated
pista (pistachio) - 50 gms
Method:
1. Mix Cool Whip, condensed milk and
evaporated milk in a container.
2. Put strings of kesar to it.
3. Add grated pista and mix it well.
4. Put the mixture in kulfi templates
(available at any Indian grocery store).
5. Put it into freezer for a day.
6. Delicious, soft kulfi is ready to
eat.
