Crushed Green Chili Pickle

Ingredients:
• 100 grams
fresh green chili,
• 1 tbsp oil, (mustard oil will make it more
tasty)
• A pinch of haldi (turmeric powder)
• 2 pinch of heeng powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp dry roasted cumin seeds
• Juice of one lime
Method:
Break off the stems from green chili, then wash
& dry nicely.
Now heat oil and in a deep pan and fry the
chilies adding haldi.
Lower heat and cover with a lid.
After 2 min turn the chilies upside down & cover
again.
Turn off the stove after 5 min.
After the fried chili is a bit cool, drain off
the oil from the pan.
Now add heeng, salt and cumin and mix.
Now grind it coarsely.
Add lime juice, mix and serve.
