Patna: With flood situation remaining grim in many districts in Bihar, the Center has dispatched five teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) to assist six teams of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) in combating flood where nearly a lakh people are said to be stranded for days in anticipation of being rescued by the state government.
