Inter Science Results Announced; Three-way Tie for First Place

Patna: Officials in Patna on Tuesday announced the results of Inter Science that showed a steep decline in the success rate from 88.58% in 2015 to 67.06% in 2016 - a drop of nearly 22 points.

Statewide, Lokchandra of B. N. Inter College in Supaul, Anshuman of MRJDI College in Begusaria, and Saurav of B. R. College in Vaishali tied for the first place by securing a total mark of 426.

Patna's Ankit Raj of R. P. College came at second place by one less point from the toppers at 425 while Rahul Kumar of B. R. College Vaishali came out at the third place by securing a score of 423.

District-wise, Patna topped the list where 86.53% students passed the exam followed by Muzaffarpur (85.85%) and West Champaran (85.44%).
