Nalanda: A district court in Nalanda on Monday submitted a 205-page charge-sheet against former Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) legislator Raj Ballabh Yadav and five others in the rape of a 15-year old girl that took place at Yadav's home in Biharsharif on the night of February 6 earlier this year.

The charges were framed against Yadav by Additional District and Sessions Judge Shashi Bhushan Prasad Singh under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) dealing with rape involving a minor.

Charges were also framed against Sulekha Devi, Radha Devi, Tulsi Devi, Chhoti Kumari, and Sandeep under various acts including the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.

As reported, it was Sulekha Devi and her family members supplied girls to the RJD MLA on a regular basis.

Yadav, who has since been expelled from the party, after evading the police for nearly a month, eventually surrendered before the police on March 10 when a court issued the order to attach his properties.
