Patna: With the entire nation still shocked and grieving by the latest act of terrorism on the Indian soil by a Pakistan-sponsored terrorist outfit, the demand for revenge continued to grow louder as angry men and women of all ages in Patna on Saturday formed miles long human chain in honor of the fallen soldiers while also demanding stern retaliatory actions against Pakistan, the key sponsor of terrorism in the Indian subcontinent region.

Nearly all roads in Patna including Frazer Road, Exhibition Road, Dak Bungalow Road, Bailey Road, Gandhi Maidan, Kargil Chowk, and Ashok Rajpath witnessed thousands of peaceful protestors who, carrying anti-terrorism placards, stood by the side of the roads expressing their sorrow over the loss of over 50 CRPF jawans who died in a terrorist attack in Jammu & Kashmir last Thursday.

At Kargil Chowk, students from various colleges took out a candle-light vigil in honor of the martyrs two of whom belonged to Bihar. Till late night, thousands of men and women continued to pour in to express their anger with Pakistan and hardly there were any who did not want a tit-for-tat against India’s rogue neighbor at the northwestern front.

Rebel Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Shatrughan Sinha was among many who also paid his tribute to the martyrs at the Kargil Chowk,

Protestors also forced shops to down their shutters on Ashok Rajpath where students sat on a dharna in the middle of the busy road causing a massive road jam that lasted over an hour.
