Patna: Political and election strategist Prashant Kishor once again took a dig at his former boss and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar saying while the entire state of Bihar was witnessing a huge spike in the Coronavirus cases, the Janata Dal-U was worried about the election to be held later in the state this year.
In his latest tweet, Kishor, who once was the brain of the Nitish campaign that earned him the position of national vice president in the JD-U, said that while the number of cases of COVID-19 had surpassed 6,000 in Bihar, the Chief Minister was obsessed with talking about the election and his re-election.
— Prashant Kishor (@PrashantKishor) June 14, 2020
The former JD-U leader also slammed the Nitish administration for carrying out the least number of COVID-19 testing in Bihar saying when the Chief Minister should be focusing on the health of the people of Bihar, he was consumed by the prospect of his re-election.
"The man who was too scared to get out of his home for three months because of his fear for Coronavirus now thinks that voters would face no risk of getting infected if they came out of their home to participate in the electoral process," he said.BLOG COMMENTS POWERED BY DISQUS
