First peel off the green pumpkin. Shred the pumpkin and squeeze its water.
Combine the garlic, ginger, coriander, salt, bread crumbs, and gram flour in a bowl and mix well.
Uniformly divide and shape into small 4 round patties each about 1½ inches thick.
Add little oil in the non-stick pan and place patties for 3 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
Serve burger with tomato sause or pesto.
