  • 1 teaspoon(s) Pistachio
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Kewara
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Ghee
  • 1 cup(s) Dry milk powder
  • 1 cup(s) Coconut powder
  • 1 cup(s) Sooji (semolina)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Almonds

Sooji Soft Qatli Directions

  1. Take sooji, coconut powder, dry milk powder and put it on the pan or pot and cook it on stove.  
  2. When brown, add some ghee. Cook it for another 20 mins.  
  3. Add sugar and smashed eggs. Also add a litle kewara, pistachio and badaam (almonds).  
  4. Stir the pot for 15 mins then pour it on a dish. Cut it into small square pieces and let it cool down.  
  5. Enjoy this sweet mithai.
