- 1 teaspoon(s) Pistachio
- 1 teaspoon(s) Kewara
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) Ghee
- 1 cup(s) Dry milk powder
- 1 cup(s) Coconut powder
- 1 cup(s) Sooji (semolina)
- 1 teaspoon(s) Almonds
Sooji Soft Qatli Directions
- Take sooji, coconut powder, dry milk powder and put it on the pan or pot and cook it on stove.
- When brown, add some ghee. Cook it for another 20 mins.
- Add sugar and smashed eggs. Also add a litle kewara, pistachio and badaam (almonds).
- Stir the pot for 15 mins then pour it on a dish. Cut it into small square pieces and let it cool down.
- Enjoy this sweet mithai.
