India's arguably the biggest troll who also moonlights as a lawyer in Muzaffarpur struck again on June 1 when he filed a case against Bollywood giants Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, and Preity Zinta for appearing in ads of Maggi, a Nestle 2-minute ready noodle pack highly popular among students living in dorms, housewives, and children but allegedly containing high amount of lead that could be fatal in some cases.
Sudhir Kumar Ojha, a professional petitioner who is known for frivolous lawsuits that involves people like the Senior Bachchan, the Junior Bachchan, the daughter-in-law Bachchan, Preity Zinta, Madhuri Dixit, Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri Khan, Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif, Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Aliya Bhatt, Salman Khan, Vidya Balan, Sushil Kumar Modi, Anna Hazare, Arvind Kejriwal, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi, Sushil Shinde, cricket god Sachin Tendulkar, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Asaram Bapu, Raj Thackeray, along with nearly 500 other cases against celebrities and politicians, in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ramchandra Prasad, filed FIRs against Bachchan, Dixit, Zinta, the Managing Director of Nestle Mohan Gupta, and its Joint Director Sabab Alam demanding their arrest for promoting Nestle's Maggi brand of noodles.
It just so happened by some sheer coincidence, Ojha, a publicity hound who would put Donald Trump to shame, became sick after he bought a pack of Maggi on May 30 and ate it the same night - just as other states had launched an investigation into the claims of lead in the 5-minute noodle.
Lo and behold, a brand new lawsuit against the brand ambassadors of the noodle!
47-year old Ojha, an LLB from the SKJ Law College, not exactly the Harvard Law School of India or even Bihar, has been practicing in Muzaffarpur Civil Court since 1996 amassing more than 500 lawsuits under his belt.
Oh, by the way, if you are wondering why Ojha never got sick before because apparently this was not the first time he consumed the 'poisonous' noodle, then you need to stop using your grey matter – unless you want to be sued by the professional plaintiff.
So watch out you kids out there! There may be a lawsuit against you if you became rich and famous.
