To the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India,
Government of India,
Dear Prime Minister,
I write to you this open letter today as one of the retirees of RRBs, and most importantly, as a senior citizen of India just to express my feelings of dissatisfaction with the silent role of the Union Govt as to RRB Pension Issue and to draw your kind attention to the predicament of helpless RRB retirees - real victims of discrimination and injustice.
Reservation has become an accepted apparatus among policy makers of India to deliver social justice and diminish inequality among those sections of our society who have been suffering a chronic historical inequality and injustice.
Water is one of the most important natural resources as it is an essential prerequisite for origin, existence and evolution of life. It is the only inorganic liquid that occurs naturally on earth. Water covers more than 70% of earth’s surface and only 1 to 3% of it is fresh or potable water on which entire biodiversity depends for their growth, development and morphogenesis.
Agricultural technological change is essential as everyone is stakeholder in India. Food security and nutritional security is foremost concern of India and Agriculture only can be the vehicle of progress and prosperity. Change is difficult, but change must meet new challenges of prosperity, progress and peace by thinking out of box with special reference of climate change and global warming.
Dear Chief Minister
Sir, I have failed. But I am not among those 16 lakh students that failed this year. Rather I constitute a large part of the general public of Bihar which has failed along with its students. The government may not agree with me or my views, yet I expect the government to pay heed to my views as they are not just representing me but are a coalesce form of what the people of Bihar want to say.
Yes, we are millionaires. The problem is that some of us forget it.
We’ve often heard that rich people have large amount of assets. As you probably know, assets are productive objects that can bring us monetary benefits and enable us to obtain desired goods, services or other assets. The fact is, that we all have some highly productive assets that we won’t be willing to part with for any amount of money. These priceless assets are our bodies, our brains, and the life itself! Will we sell our hands for a huge amount of money?
Bihar lies in the river plains of the basin of the river Ganga. It is endowed with fertile alluvial soil with abundant water resources, especially ground water resources. This makes the agriculture of Bihar rich and diverse. The net sown area in Bihar is 60% of its geographical area. Such a high percentage of cultivated land is possible because most of Bihar is plain area suitable for agriculture and some are converted into wasteland.
The army issuing a commendation card to Nitin Gogoi who used a Kashmiri as a human shield against stone-pelters betrays total political bankruptcy of Modi regime in handling the Kashmir dystopia. Now brighter Nitins in the army would be emboldened to take a leap - from human shield to lynch for higher rewards, from a card to a glistening shield. All the while, a lame duck Chief Minister refuses to stir from an undeserved siesta.
RTI was not gifted by any political party or any government in India. In fact, majority of the politicians and political parties silently opposed, disrupted and delayed RTI implementation.

One of the saddest and most overlooked tales in history is the demise of the Native American population during the late 1400s in North America. It could be argued that if the Native Americans were not already divided amongst themselves, they could have successfully resisted colonial efforts of the Europeans.
During a recent trip to Bihar, I discovered that only fifty km from the capital city of Patna is a city and a district named after Bakhtiar Khilji, the ruthless killer who destroyed Nalanda and other centers of learning, burning over ten thousand scholars alive in the process.
